Why we exist

Discharged. Now what?

Bangalore hospitals operate brilliantly. What happens after you leave is where recovery is usually lost.

A printed sheet

You go home with exercises on paper and a clinic number. Nobody checks if you did them.

Nobody turns up

Finding a good physio who actually comes to Koramangala on a Tuesday is its own project.

Your surgeon finds out in 6 weeks

At the follow-up. If you go. By then the knee has decided how far it bends.

We run that part. We meet you at the hospital on discharge day, send a physio to your home, and keep your doctor in the loop until you are done.

How it works

Four steps. You fill in nothing at home.

  1. 1

We meet you at the hospital

Our person sits outside your doctor's cabin. Sign-up takes ten minutes, on discharge day.

  2. 2

    You choose what to share

Four separate yes-or-no questions. Say no to any of them and your care does not change.

  3. 3

    A physio comes home

BPT or MPT qualified. You see their name and photo before they arrive.

  4. 4

    Everyone stays updated

You and your family on WhatsApp. Your doctor gets a summary every evening.

Staying in touch

It all happens on WhatsApp

No app to download. No password to forget. No portal your mother will not open.

  • A link when we set up your case
  • Your physio's name and photo before the first visit
  • A reminder the day before every session
  • An update the moment a session is recorded

The link works on whichever phone is nearest — including your son or daughter’s, in another city.

Got a question? Call us — that reaches a person fastest.

What we record

Numbers, not “doing better”

Every single session records your pain before and after, plus one movement measurement for your condition. Same measure, same units, every time — so week six can actually be compared with week one.

Something else? Call and ask. We would rather say no than take a case we cannot do well.

Where we come

Three areas, done properly

A physio stuck in traffic all day sees fewer patients and arrives tired. We would rather cover three areas well than the whole city badly.

Just outside? Call anyway. We will tell you straight whether we can reach you, instead of taking the booking and hoping.

Our promises

Four things we do not bend on

Your doctor stays involved

Most home-care services drop the referring doctor after handover. Ours is built the other way round.

We never pay doctors for referrals

Not per patient, not in any form. Nothing in our system even counts referrals.

Your data stays in India

And goes to your doctor only if you say yes to that specific question.

No surprises on the bill

Sessions and fees are agreed with you before the first visit. Nothing is charged through this website.

Questions

What people ask us first

Is the physio a doctor?
No. They are qualified physiotherapists with a BPT or MPT degree, verified by us before their first visit. They do not diagnose or prescribe medicines — they deliver the physio your doctor asked for, and flag anything that worries them.
What does it cost?
It depends on the condition and how many sessions you need, and it is agreed with you before the first visit. Nothing is charged through this website, and we never ask for an OTP, UPI PIN or card number over a message.
Do I need to download anything?
No. You get a link on WhatsApp. It opens in your normal phone browser and there is no password.
Does my doctor have to sign up?
No. The evening summary arrives as a PDF link. Nothing is required of them beyond reading it.
What if I do not want my doctor to see my progress?
Then they will not. That is one of the four consents, and saying no does not change your care by a single session.
Can we stop halfway?
Yes, any time — just call. We close the case and tell your doctor where things had reached, because that is something they need to know.

Someone at home who needs physio?

Tell us the condition and your area. We will say straight away whether we can help — and you will speak to a person, not a form.
